A 60 years old man who used to have heaviness in arms on walking for half a kilometre after food but can walk for 3 kilometres in the morning without any discomforts. Echocardiography pointed towards akinesia of anterior wall, treadmill test was strongly positive after 1.5 minutes. Cardiac angiography showed triple vessel disease of the distal part. The patient was diabetic hypertensive under control.

CABG with femoral veins grafting was done.Recovery was uneventful. 5 months are passed after surgery, now at times, he complained of heaviness in arms with little discomforts in chest relieved by belching. He is apprehensive with these symptoms whether, they are still of angina or not. Kindly share your opinion or any further advice.
