A 54 years old woman who is a doctor and her husband is also a doctor is suffering from involuntary up going big toe of right foot. She had stroke two years back, later on found to have atrial fibrillation for which ablation was done. Medical advice of specialists and super specialists has shown a little hope.

I am presenting this case in forum for any valuable advice regarding investigation or treatments. Will someone advice?
