A patient age 35 male, came in casualty & said he got injured today at his right shoulder. While examining him & taking history it was found that the injury is old at least by 3 days or more. He came with his complaints in casualty which deals only with the trauma of within 48 hours unless it is life threatening.
He later confirmed that he gave false information deliberately to me. Now, can I deny him treatment right at that time? (Although a painkiller is already given in casualty) & write on the paper that patient was lying to the doctor & deliberately gave false history & ask to him to come in O.P.D- in written?
