The lady had no family history of psychiatric illness. According to her family, she had been experiencing the symptoms for the last six months, which has worsened since then. She had extremely dry eyes and mouth along with leukopenia (1,500/mm3).
Antibodies against Ro (SSA) were detected in the serum sample (128 U/mL). Labial gland tissue biopsy revealed several foci of lymphocytic sialoadenitis.
