A 9-year-old girl was presented to a primary care clinic with a sore throat and fever (38.5°C). Physical examination revealed the following – Swollen and tender cervical lymph nodes An inflamed vulva Enlarged tonsils “Doughnut” lesions on hard and soft palates The “doughnut” lesions were erythematous papules with a pale center.
