Case presentation A male is born to a G2P1L1 mother with a birth weight of 1.815 kg. The mother had to undergo a lower segment cesarian section (LSCS) due to meconium staining and fetal distress. The antenatal period for the mother was uneventful, and she was on iron, folic acid, and calcium supplements.
