8I had a patient who came with irregular periods followed by LMP on 21.2.15. She cam with acute abdomen. urine pregancy test was negative but beta hcg was 50IU. Ultrasonography showed empty uterus, enlarged left ovary (5cm) 2cm mass in left adnexa and lot of fluid in pouch of douglas, with a diagnosis of ? ectopic ruptured, ?ovulatory bleed. in itthorugh which i thought all the fluid was coming. There was a ?ovulatory follicle in it, which i removed, fearing it could be ovarian pregnancy. The left tube was swollen and red in it's lateral end. I inserted a babcock inside and futher milked it to destroy any pregnancy there, if at all.
