A 13-year-old girl presented with complaints of decaying teeth. Her physical appearance was characterized by a short neck, protuberant chest, overall short stature, a waddling gait, and scoliosis. Her facial features had a flat nasal bridge and frontal bossing. She experienced hip pain while walking, which subsided with adequate rest. Her 10-year-old brother, too, showed similar characteristics.
Their parents had a nonconsanguineous marriage and had no significant medical history. Images from oral examination (a, b), orthopantomography (c), and spinal radiographs (d) are provided for your reference. What is your most probable diagnosis for this young girl?
