Before I begin, I sincerely apologise if I am hurting anybody's sentiments. This question is addressed to MBBS doctors. In the medical field, to the extent of my knowledge it is not clear whether government and society wish to promote general practice or specialty practice or a harmonious mix of both. MBBS and PG seats are certainly not in the ratio of 1:1. The medical care industry is growing and could still grow further.
MBBS doctors form an important component of the medical hierarchy and it is this group of doctors who are vulnerable to exploitation. MBBS doctors need better working conditions and social status. These are a few ideas: Doctors with only MBBS qualification may be given an additional accreditation from MOHFW-state/central in addition to medical council registration.
