Based at a rural community health center in UP. At CHC level there is lack of expertise and all necessary equipment's which allow for critical and emergency cases at the center for their investigation and management, so this creates very difficult situation for a doctor when he managing the critical cases at the rural and interior health center, but very careful and concentrative examination of patient can make perfect diagnosis then you allow for a better management and follow up treatment.
