Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is one of the most common peripheral neuropathies that causes pain , tingling and numbness in the hands and wrists . This condition arises when the median nerve that runs from the forearm into the hand is squeezed, compressed or inflamed as it travels through the wrists.
