This helps in the churning of the thoracoabdominal organ systems and helps in flushing out the vasculature, especially portal blood vessels this improves the blood flow of the organs like GIT, Pancreas and pelvic organs. Mostly above exercises help in limbs where as kapalbhati helps in build up of the thoraco abdominal musculature.
