Identify This Painless Palatal Mass Patient History: This 26-year-old female presents with a chief complaint of a painless palatal mass. The lesion has been present for at least several months and has been gradually increasing in size . Medical History: The patient is otherwise healthy and does not report any prior history of medical problems. She is not taking any medications and has no known drug allergies. She does not use tobacco products and occasionally drinks alcohol on social occasions.
Clinical Findings The patient is a well-nourished female who appears her stated age and is in no acute distress. The extraoral examination is within normal limits with no facial asymmetry or cervical lymphadenopathy evident.
