Case presentation A 28-year-old female presented with chronic cough with an episode of community-acquired pneumonia about a year back. Medical history History of asthma No history of any systemic illness No history of smoking or any other harmful habits No significant family history Clinical, radiographical, microbiological, and histopathological tests were carried out to diagnose the condition.
