A Cystic swelling of the mandible operated through trans- oral approach. Intra-operatively, a soft, Cystic swelling was noted after elevating the flap, on aspiration straw-colored fluid came out of the swelling.

The Cystic sac was removed completely and the bony cavity was drilled by a diamond Burr. The wound was closed in layers.
