patient 24 yrs old...having one alive issue 4 yrs old with normal karyotype XX with deletion of 8 chromosome ,mentally subnormal with PDA now operated...patient karyotype shows fragile X chromosome and she is also having high titers of rubella >200 IgG antibody...patient came to me with complaint of chronic white discharge and irregular periods with amenorrhoea 2.5 mnths...usg done shows PCOS..on examination she has bad hypertrophied cervix with erosion...now patient wants to concieve...what should be the line of management?
