A 21-year-old male was presented with a sustained single gunshot wound with entry over the left scapula and terminating in the C6 vertebral body. He complained of bilateral hand numbness and pain all over his body. On further examination, no motor or sensory function was reported in the lower extremities and he was not able to move his legs.
