A 60 year male had pain above umbilicus for five days, continuous. He had vomiting once, tenderness and rigidity were present all over abdomen .X'ray abdomen showed free gas under abdomen, USG abdomen showed no free fluid. On operation no free fluid, less than 5mm size perforation on first anterior part of duodenum was found which was stitched and momentum graft was put.

Can we treat such dry perforation conservatively?
