Case of snake bite (viper ) referred from the periphery with bleeding from the right leg and prolonged WBCT. He was started with ASV after few minutes Tachycardia and Hypotension. Then the patient treated with iv adrenaline , steroids and antihistamines.
Then within few minutes everything was normal. ASV restarted again and again the same episode and again treated and restarted third time ASV started same episode and still the WBCT prolonged patient went into AKI and thrombocytopenia. If this is the scenario what all my seniors doctors here suggests?
