A middle-aged female patient presented with a mass of the upper lip for the long-standing duration. She has a history of trauma on the lip 15 years back. She has received local steroid injection on the lesson. So it was suspected to be a keloid and patient was posted for surgery.

The mass was removed and the defect was repaired by local advancement flap. The defect was closed in three layers. Now the patient is receiving local steroid injection. HPE report is pending.
