On 25/01/18, a 25 year old male patient presented OPD with severe haemoptysis, fever, cough and malaise. The patient was treated from National institute of tuberculosis, delhi and Sharda University Medical college greater noida previously. He was admitted in sharda medical college for 10 days in 15/01/18 to 14/01/18.

For same complaints,  on discharge he got hemoptysis. Now he is completely cured and treatment completed. Compare attached reports.
