Hello doctors, I have a case of 59-year-old hypertensive and diabetic woman. She had a compression of rib cage 1 year back in which she had spleen haematoma. Now her general condition looks fine.15 days back she met with a fracture of left tibia at head end hairline.

Now has oedema in right leg more than left. Tell me the cause for oedema and the treatment. Now the BP and sugar level are in normal limits.
