Central Serous Retinopathy is relatively a common condition occurring n young people. It is a visual disturbing condition but not a visual threatening one. Patient presents with micropsia, macropsia, metamorphosis, photopsia, positive scotoma.

The exact cause is not known. However, some risk factors are stress theory withdrawal of steroids lack of sleep smoking. C S R has been reported after topical application of steroid skin ointment.
