A 30 years old lady landed with dizziness of sudden onset no previous episode intermittent in nature she also C/o numbneesin the lower jaw of both sides and teeth. MRI revealed postero superior cerebellar infarct.non diabetic ,mild HT. and no cardiac lesion ,noH/o contraceptive pills or head injury .how would u manage the case ?
