Is it necessary to do this test when erection of male organ is confirmed by visual examination? Is this test a gold standard /prerequisite for certifying potency/ impotency? Are present-day specialists & super specialists misleading, confusing the administration of justice by their fanciful procedures, clarifications to the court on potency/impotency as they forgot their basic knowledge of issuing various medico-legal certificates including potency/impotency certificates, which is taught during their UG (MBBS) course.
