Nuclear medicine is the branch of medicine that uses the radiopharmaceuticals or tracers to evaluate molecular, metabolic, physiologic and pathologic conditions of the body for diagnosis, therapy, and research. However, the maintenance of cyclotron, ensuring the safety measures, and necessary expertise are some of the requisites of nuclear medicine facility. In this context, this article discusses multidirectional problems faced by nuclear medicine facility with respect to management and technology .
