Dear colleagues , what is reasonable range in private hospitals for Charges for lipoma excision in neck region under General anesthesia with two days hospital stay. Is 40000 Rs too much for the same?

I understand that lipoma is minor surgery, does General anaesthesia make it much more expensive?
