The Agripada police have charged these doctors under IPC Sections 420 (dishonest and cheating of property), 467 (forgery of valuables), 465 (the judicial case for forgery), 468 (forgery for deceitfulness), 471 (using a forged document) and 34 (offense done by multiple persons). The chief accused of the case has been in jail custody, has applied for bail in the Bombay High Court and the hearing is scheduled for April 8, 2019.
