Need some opinions and insights on clearing USMLE as a practising surgeon of 20+ years. How do I need to plan and allocate my time? This is my top priority now.

Do I need to redo all the basic preclinical, para clinical and clinical subjects too! Any advice or opinions regarding joining any institutes, courses, or online forums, or online classes? What is the likely time frame for clearing all three parts realistically so I can schedule my daily practice to maximise my time.
