A 9yr female child was presented with recurring Respiratory Tract Infection (RTI) since last 6 months. On examination, pallor & splenomegaly 3cm below coastal margin are significant findings.On investigations of CBC hb 8.6, Total Lung Capacity( TLC) 1600, diffuse large cell lymphoma( DLC) showing lymphopenia & neutropenia, platelet count also decreased to 1. 1 lac, Red Blood Cell Count also decreased.
Peripheral smear for malarial parasite is blood widal negative. How to further proceed & manage this case?
