A 30 years healthy male is suffering from chronic itching in both palm and soles since last 8-10 years. Itching is moderate to severe , persist througout the day and confined to palm and sole only. The lesion of itchy area is scaly and slightly elevated and hard. clobetasol + salisylic acid topical application gives temprory relief.

What should be done? In vivo allergy test should be done? Tab.terbinafine should be started ?
