In our medical college, the lab technician working in the department of community medicine had given a post of Public Relation Officer (PRO). He is doing a good job in the college and he is filling the gaps between medical and paramedical students, doctors and office staff. Whenever there is a social activity, he plays a key role in getting things done and social media coverage of that particular event. He used to attend all types of emergencies and bridging the gap between political people and the principal.

He is reserved for the post and our principal sent proposals for sanctioning of such post. If any medical college is having PRO post what are the qualifications needed for the post and what is the pay structure? Anyone can suggest.
