A 55 years old female patient from etah attended OPD of my clinic. The main complaints were swelling of abdomen and feet, no appetite, oliguria, previously she was admitted in S.N medical college Agra in PG department with no relief. There is no hypertension no diabetes SGOT SG.
Pt mildly elevated and Serum alkaline phosphate greatly elevate ADA for tuberculosis is within normal range. She is very poor unable to undergo expensive laboratory tests like antibodies, complement etc. Now the question is what will be the management of this case?
