In a 50 years lady with left sided chest pain and ECG suggestive of Anteroseptal Myocardial Infarction with complete left bundle-branch block. Hyperacute MI (QS complex with ST segment elevated, T wave dragged upwards in V1,2,3,4,M pattern in V5 and V6 and L1) .Angiography is normal.

Please explain how?
