Diabetic female patient 54 y, sugar level controlled 220 mg/dl, suffered for DFU for the last ten months, treated with standard care dressing and debridement with no improvement, the wound was infected twice during, treated periodically with  antibiotics, the ulcer located on the right foot, capturing the lateral digital plantar (5.5 cm x 9cm), down to medial plantar part with full-thickness ulcer, and exposed the fifth metatarsal bone, the ulcer occupying the lateral dorsal side (3cmx4cm ). The patient was treated with advanced dehydrated allograft from human placenta Chorion amnion membrane at an interval of 7 to 8 days for each application, where we could observe tremendous progress in the healing process with a strong granulation, every week we implant a new allograft membrane, full healing and closure was reached after five weeks.
