Respected all, Would like to discuss a case of CLD with severe hyperglycemia. Pt is a lean male undergoing treatment of CLD. He was admitted with enceph and kft deranged and after discharge I have put him on trajenta and novomix for DM. Despite of all efforts he is not showing improvements in sugars.

I can't use pioz. Pt wants to avoid multiple dose. Please suggest.
