Hexaxim /Pentaxim vaccine  contains aP. As per IAP guideline , for primary & 1st - 2nd booster dose, wP is to be used.This is also tally with WHO guideline.

So by immunising with Hexaxim are we not doing unjustice to a child.? By not giving pain , we are making him less protective against pertussis.
