Friends in our day to day practice we have to do a lot of explaining to the patient/ attendants. Sometimes good & sometimes not so good. Declaring a patient dead or ICU admission or a very sick none salvage able patient.

This part is usually left to tjlhe junior most member in the department. I request the MCI to introduce patient-doctor / attendent- doctor communication and how to break the news, be introduced in the curriculum.
