Highlights The composite facelift technique is gaining popularity due to recent advances in safe sub-superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS) dissection. This study provides insights into the response of Asian patients towards the outcomes of the composite facelift technique. 128 Asian patients who underwent composite facelifts over the decade were reviewed for this study, and parameters like fat grafting and injury rate parameters aided in testing the outcomes.

More research is needed to understand which technique works better for Asian patients due to the difference between skeletal structure and quality of soft tissue compared to patients from other communities.
