The 22-year-old medical student presents itself because of an existing since about four weeks annular and itchy skin lesion on the right upper arm. Local Findings: Dorsolateral on the left arm there is an approximately 7 cm in diameter lesion with inflammatory induriertem erythrosquamous edge bead. The centre of the lesion appears pityriasis form scaly and hypopigmented.
