MMR • Those who are immunosuppressed –high dose steroids, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, malignancy or other immunosuppressive disease • Those who have had a confirmed anaphylactic reaction to a previous dose of a measles-, mumps- or rubella-containing vaccine and those who have had a confirmed anaphylactic reaction to neomycin or gelatin • Pregnant women   Pertussis • A confirmed anaphylactic reaction to a previous dose of a pertussis containing vaccine, or • A confirmed anaphylactic reaction to neomycin, streptomycin or polymyxin B (which may be present in trace amounts).
