A 23 year female developed suspected HUS post LSCS and she is completely anuric and on regular hemodialysis, pt also developed suspected drug induced hepatitis/HELLP and gross ascites, pt also developed leak of ascitic fluid from LSCS site,but wound is healthy and healing.In this type of patient how to control ascites.
