Being Diabetic my self I am using Mixtard insulin in the dose of 35 in the morning and 20 at night  along with Pio 30 mg and metformin 1.5 g daily and it was fairly under control.But from last few days FBS is around 200mg and  I am gaining weight also. What is the cause of this.
