The recent arrest of the Registrar of the Dental Council of Delhi and it's lawyer caught Red handed by the CBI throws light on a Nexus existing between some of the Council members. The misuse of the law of negligence is causing lot of patients to seek remedy under the law thereby increasing the pressure on the doctors, also by not considering that negligence can happen accidentally we have exposed doctors to a lot of stress.
This has brought doctors in a place where they exist as culprits as UNEQUALS as there are no cases of judicial negligence negligence or by chartered accountant or a lawyer or administrator or by the income tax authorities etc. We are called as a noble profession but we share almost all the burden, as we are not allowed to use hundred percent of the residential space nor are we are given any tax benefits either in income tax or House Tax or the rates of electricity…
