A 2 year old boy is brought to the casualty OP with a history of a fall onto the floor while climbing on to the cot. The boy hit his head. There was no loss of consciousness and he cried immediately, but was consoled by the time the parents arrived at the hospital.

Would you advise a CT scan Head as a mandate? If yes, please justify the reasons. If not, how do you assess/ manage this case?
