Today learning of medicine has abruptly changed with the technological innovations, rapid rise of medical institutions and medical colleges. The role of a teacher is the mere spectator and instruments to produce results to survive in the system. Many times the matters have left to the students, with the rapid expansion of medical education, and nonperforming teachers, and with medical council of India never questions the capabilities of teachers but should be below 70 years. There is no analysis where our medical educational system going, the crisis is felt in BDS and nursing many are not willing to join their profession as they terrible lack working skills.
