A 37-year old woman presented with a brownish cyst protruding from her umbilicus. She also mentioned that the cyst bled cyclically, in synchronization with her menstrual period, Patient History Significant for dysmenorrhea and two recent laparoscopic resections of endometriomas. Physical examination was unremarkable aside from the finding of a fixed, anteroflexid uterus and adnexa. Gastrinone, an oral anti-gonadotropic agent, was administered for 2 months, without improvement. Later, CT image was obtained.
