A 25 years old nullipara with 12 weeks pregnancy. She took MTP pill from the pharmacy. She expelled fetus followed by continuos bleeding on & off. She came to clinic after 1month. The scan was done. It was retained placenta near internal os. She was mildly anemic, under IV antibiotic & sedation evacuation done.
During the procedure, she bled heavily like tap opening. Pulse and BPweres getting low. The procedure was stopped then tight vaginal packing done.pt was referred to the tertiary center. What was the reason for heavy bleeding? What should have been done before and during the procedure? How to manage this case?
