I am retired from up m&h services and I was posted as EMO in distt hospital agra for a long time. I had frequently attended the court proceedings in one case or other. My particular problem is now that the cases which was registerd more then 10 years back the bailable warrant or non bailable warrant was issued by court. When polce came to my home they behave in very absurd manner e.g. they want sureties from two persons, which is very difficult to arrange.
Most of the cases are in IPC 323, 324, 504, 506. Courts issues summon as if I am a criminal and judicial magistrate behaves in courts in the same manner & talk very irrelevantely like as you are a retired person so you donot enjoy the privillage of being gazzetted officer. please advise me.
