Please give your expert opinion. A 32-year-old female had a fight with neighbors where she claimed to be throttled. She came home at night and fell ill. After around 20 hrs she became unconscious and kept on ventilator for 20 days. A doctor who first seen the case doesn't find any injuries over neck and body as pm was done after 20 days no finding could be observed.

CT report suggested right cerebellar infarction. Death due to sudden cardiac arrest. As per death certificate, diagnosis is CVA /GTCS. FIR is lodged claiming death occurred due to throttling. Can throttling be a cause of CVA after few hours?
